Go The Eff to Sleep: No, we’re not talking about Samuel’s children's book here! I need you to take your butt to bed at a reasonable time. It would also be great if it were at the same time every day. As women, it’s recommended we get at least 7 hours of sleep daily. When you’re feeling stressed, sometimes the best thing to do is to call it a day, pop a magnesium/melatonin gummy, and head off to dreamland. Tomorrow is your chance to try again.
